In response to Renee Heus review of what happened Saturday night. I was actually there and witnessed firsthand the verbal and threatening abuse by these “out of towners” for refusing service to the visibly inebriated “friends” for the second time that day. Maybe Renee should come and see the footage for herself instead of listening to the hearsay of drunk trouble makers one being her partner.

Enjoyable lunch.. only a small selection but a good variety . Unfortunately hot beverages are not available. This would have been a nice touch to finish off after wine and lunch. But staff were attentive and friendly

When I feel like a good wholesome meal and can’t be bothered cooking - this pub never disappoints!! Great food Friendly service, always, the staff are great for a chat.
